Most of them passed also SLET EXAM conducted by Govt. of Tamil Nadu
Evidences have already given by Central Government, Government of Tamil Nadu [P & AR], UGC and IGNOU
1. G.O.Ms.No.180 Personnel And Administrative Reforms (S) Department Dated: 11.09.2000 in Tamil and 11.09.2010 in English. Paragraph No.4 contented
2. G.O.Ms.No.107 Personnel And Administrative Reforms (S) Department Dated: 18.08.2009. Paragraph No.4 contented
3. G.O.Ms.No.65 Personnel And Administrative Reforms (S) Department Dated: 02.07.2014. Amendment. Paragraph (i) (c)
4. G.O.Ms.No.39 Personnel And Administrative Reforms (S) Department Dated: 30.04.2014 Amendments (2)
“for Schedule II, the following Schedule shall be substituted”-In this more than 655 UGC recognized universities listed. Vinayga Mission’s Research Foundation, Salem-636 308. (Deemed University) also placed in the S.No.523.
5. F.No.UGC/DEB/2013 Dated: 14.10.2013 by University Grants Commission, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi-110002. Paragraph No.6
6. Notification 44 Dated: 1st March 1995. By Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development (Department of Education), New Delhi.
7. Vinayaka Missions University as declared as deemed university and recognized by MHRD, Govt. Of India, UGC in 2001 (varies recognition got for its statutory bodies in 2004) and Indira Gandhi National Open University Recognition Order for Faculty of Distance Education to Vinayaka Mission’s University, Salem letter No. DEC/VMRF/07 dated: 28.02.2007. Contented
After the academic year of 2011, DEC had given course wise recognition from April 2011 to Vinayaka Mission University.
Vinayaka Missions University concern degree's theory, practical, PCP all classes completely had conducted in its head quarter (which was recognized by UGC) only (hence the question of validity could not arise by any means)..
In this connection Paragraph 1 to 7 of this statement are clearly proving that UG / PG Degree (Distance Mode) awarded by Vinayaga Mission University, Salem (except engineering and technical education) equivalent to UG / PG Degree (Regular Mode) awarded by other Universities in Tamil Nadu, India and valid for our Higher studies and promotion / incentives in public services.
So no one question the validity of our qualifications which are recognized by UGC circulars / orders, central and state govt. orders.
Lot of madras high court judgments had already agreed.
In this circumstance we are kindly requesting to place our evidences for your kind notice and necessary action in this regard as public interest.

ReplyDeleteUGC / DEC could allow MPhil / PhD under Distance Mode only in specific periods to all universities thereafter they instructed all the universities to stop to offer MPhil / PhD under Distance education.. So, the petitioners in that case should verify these with UGC - DEC regulations.. If MPhil / PhD got in specific valid period means, they may appeal with all grounds👍🏻🎯
